I would personally place her in the $2,500 to $4,500 range in today's market, assuming:
She is registered
Up-to-date on veterinary care
Well socialized
Sold with a spay agreement or already altered
What stands out to me is that she doesn't look like a typical retired adult pet. She still has a very youthful, doll-faced expression and a lot of coat. Many adult Persians lose some of that "kitten appeal" buyers chase, but she still photographs exceptionally well.
If she were one of my available cats and I wasn't in a hurry to place her, I'd probably start around $3,500 to $4,000 and see what interest developed.
